Ayurvedic Health Counseling
Personalized guidance to help you understand your body, identify patterns of imbalance, and create a care plan rooted in Ayurveda.
Ayurvedic Health Counseling begins with a deeper look at your constitution, lifestyle, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, and daily rhythms. From there, Chad offers personalized recommendations that may include food, lifestyle practices, herbs, body therapies, breathwork, yoga, and self-care routines.
A Whole-Person
Approach to Wellness
Ayurveda looks at the whole person rather than treating symptoms in isolation. Ayurvedic Health Counseling uses this lens to understand your unique constitution, current imbalances, and the habits or patterns that may be affecting how you feel.
Constitution
Understanding your natural tendencies and mind-body type.
Imbalance
Identifying what may be creating stress, discomfort, or depletion.
Daily Support
Ayurvedic care supports the body, mind, digestion, nervous system, emotions, and daily life.
